Returns & Refund Policy
Returns Policy:
We strive to ensure all our customers are happy with our products. To that end, we've created a return policy. Our return policy lasts 14 days from the day when you receive your order. After 14 days, LiberatedState will not accept or approve any requests for returns of your order. The only item not eligible for returns is gift cards.
In order to qualify for a return, all products being returned must be in original, unopened condition prior to shipping and upon receipt.
Please email us at experience@liberatedstate.com to initiate a refund, providing your original receipt.
Method of Refund:
After receiving the returned goods, LiberatedState will inspect the products and communicate with you to confirm the status of the return/refund. If you the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at experience@liberatedstate.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping:
For any returns, the customer will pay for cost of packing and shipping the return item to LiberatedState, 28 Adam Drive, Hudson, NH 03051
Damaged Goods Replacement Policy:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at experience@liberatedstate.com with proof of damage. If approved, LiberatedState will pay to replace and ship the goods at our expense.
